Transport Rules

Driving

  • Driving under the influence of cannabis is illegal. Illinois enforces strict impairment limits.

Online Orders & Pickup Policy

  • Online orders are for in-store pickup only (Illinois law prohibits shipping or delivery of cannabis).

  • Customers must present a valid government-issued ID at pickup.

  • Orders may only be released to the purchaser (or a registered caregiver for medical patients).

  • All cannabis sales are final. No returns or exchanges unless required by law (e.g., product recall).

  • Offer giveaways, contests, or promotions tied to cannabis consumption
